ZinoWeb SmartSite Growth Package — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the ZinoWeb SmartSite Growth Package (the “Service”) offered by Zino Web & Graphics, LLC (“ZinoWeb,” “we,” or “us”). By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

1. Offer Overview

The SmartSite Growth Package is a 2-year (24-month) website and marketing plan that includes:

• Custom, professional website design (up to 8 pages)

• 2 years of domain name and hosting

• Ongoing website maintenance and content updates

• SEO setup and optimization

• CRM access and lead-tracking dashboard

• AI chatbot integration on your website

• Social media scheduling, reviews, and reporting tools

• Premium stock photos and professional copywriting

This offer helps small and local businesses build a strong online presence without large upfront costs.

2. Payment Terms

• The program starts with a setup phase that requires two startup payments of $399 USD each, charged 30 days apart.

• After your website is launched and live, you will be billed $199 USD per month for 23 months, completing the 2-year plan.

• Total term = 25 payments (2 setup + 23 monthly).

• Payments are processed securely through our authorized provider (Stripe / Systeme.io).

• All charges are in USD and are non-refundable once work begins on your project.

3. Project Timeline

• Design work begins once your onboarding form and materials (logo, content, etc.) are submitted.

• Average completion time is 2 – 4 weeks, depending on client responsiveness.

• Delays in content or approvals may extend timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and contact information.

• Submit requested materials promptly to keep production on schedule.

• Maintain valid payment information for recurring billing.

5. Service Term & Renewal

• This agreement runs for 24 months from your website’s launch date.

• After the 24-month term, you may renew, upgrade, or cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

• Early cancellation before the end of the term may incur a cancellation fee equal to the remaining monthly balance.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Because setup resources are committed immediately, the initial payments are non-refundable.

• Cancellations after launch do not qualify for refunds on past payments.

• In exceptional cases (e.g., before work starts), partial refunds may be offered at ZinoWeb’s discretion.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Once all payments are complete, you own your website’s design, graphics, and content.

• Hosting, CRM, and licensed tools remain the property of ZinoWeb.

• You may request migration of your website after completing the 24-month term (migration fees may apply).

8. Guarantees & Support

• ZinoWeb guarantees the delivery of a professional, mobile-friendly website and ongoing technical support during your contract term.

• Marketing or SEO results depend on your industry, competition, and external factors; no specific performance outcomes are guaranteed.

• Maintenance, security, and hosting are included at no additional cost during the plan.

9. Discounts & Promotions

• Promotional offers (e.g., “$50 OFF coupon”) are one-time and valid only during checkout.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZinoWeb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use its services. Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid under this agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, CA.
